Irene landed safely in Portland Friday right after noon, so good to see her again <3 It's almost like I never left, and we're right back to where we were months ago. Fun!
We've shopped, vintage and new, we went to the coast, got stuck in the tide, wet shoes and sandy toes, cotton candy and lollipops, SO much food, I swear, we've been eating non stop, and I'm to the point where I feel like I'm gonna burst at the seams. Hah!
Portland has so many great things to offer, I am enjoying showing Irene around so much! And I am so happy that she loves it so much, she wants to move here. But why wouldn't you?
Today we went to the Saturday market, on a Sunday. We had great coffee, and amazing elephant ears covered in sugar and cinnamon. We walked around and looked at all the art, and people. And while Irene and I were posing for this picture,
a guy told me I looked like a delicious french fry with ketchup. Just the look I was going for. Hah!
We drive to NW 23rd after the market, finally went to MAC, oh yes <3 Irene and I used to go there once a week when we worked together, it was so fun to shop there together again!
I got a new lipstick, lipliner, concealer and blush. Fantastic!
Maybe a movie or go out tonight, then shopping again tomorrow. I'm on the look out for some cute shoes and a jacket.

I live near Portland also. I loved seeing all of your fun pictures since I recognize all of the places! I was downtown earlier today and noticed all of the trees were in bloom. They look so pretty in the background of your photo!
