Betty Bo, I love you so.

Meet my latest obsession, Betty Bo.

That's right, I got a car, finally! After what seemed like forever, searching craigslist up and down, I came across this beauty. She's a 1980 El Camino, and she's the prettiest color teal ever. Of course she matches my bike, Dita.

I showed up at work today really early, so I took some photos to share. I work at the cutest tattoo shop ever, after all, I mean, it's only fair that you guys get to see where I spend my days. <3

I also got new business cards made, cute!

If you're ever in Portland, come get tattooed, look at pretty jewelery and tasty jam, or just stop by to say hi :)

I had the pleasure to tattoo 3 lovely ladies yesterday, visiting from Seattle. One of them got this done, fun!

My friend Corey is on tour again and spent a day in Portland, so we got to hangout.

I'm hoping to find some time and inspiration to do something creative the next two days, it has really been too long!

Hope you all are having a wonderful weekend!

xoxo.

Wow, nice ride! :) And I definitely am smitten with that tattoo idea. I love the idea of a portrait, but not in a traditional style. I may be visiting a friend in Portland this Fall. Maybe I should book an appointment with you? :)

Your tattoo shop is the cutest ever! All the tattoo parlours in my area are really dark and grungy, and a little scary!

Love the car! I hope it runs as good as it looks! I recommend to find a machanic shop that you trust! And possibly learn to do some things on your own. My father would tell you that cars from that era are easier to repair b/c they are not all computerized. Plus, their bodies and bumpers are better and safer than modern ones. Good luck!

Yeah, that is a really cool shop! We have some excellent ones here in Austin, but most of them are just tattoo shops. We had one that sold hair accessories, like dread falls and stuff, but it closed down. boo.

Love the ride. Back in high school (won't mention how long ago that was) my Dad would let me drive his El Camino. To this day when I see one it brings back great memories. Loved that car.
